Mulled wine is a traditional hot holiday beverage made by gently heating red wine with spices and citrus. While mulled wines have historically been made and served out of large pots or crafts, innovations in Europe over the last 10-15 years have started treating mulled wine like other high volume beverages. This innovation allows mullers to craft larger quantities, maintain better quality, more easily transport the beverage, and utilize just-in-time hot tap systems that let you offer a consistent, crowd-pleasing winter drink with zero prep or waste — no pots, no recipes, no burnt batches.
Is Selten Mulled Red ready to use?

How quickly can I get started?
Our turnkey design (quality mulled wine in a keg) allows many businesses to serving their first cup of hot mulled wine within days of ordering. We have inventory to meet you where you need us, and not wait months for shipments from abroad.
Do I need expensive specialized equipment to serve?
No. Many businesses are able to use existing equipment to start but may find strategic purchases of certain equipment might fit their space, their staff operation, and to speed up their delivery time. Selten Wine is not involved in any equipment purchases in any way. We do, however, provide consultative recommendations to those businesses interested in information on how to make their service delivery faster, more efficient, and more profitable.
How does ordering work?
Reach out by phone or email, and tell us about your business. We’ll meet with you about our product, provide a sample so you know what your customers will be enjoying. All orders go through email, then your kegs arrive ready to tap — many times within one business days.

Will you train our team?
We can provide support in training your staff so serving mulled wine is as simple as pouring a draft beer.
